Angels on Humboldt

Angels on Humboldt Garden

The Angels on Humboldt campus is located in Green Bay, Wisconsin near the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay campus. Angels on Humboldt has two buildings, 653 and 655, that allow it to serve the specific needs of its residents.

653 is dedicated to elderly residents who need some assistance with daily activities. These residents have a higher degree of cognitive functioning, but still need assistance from the staff in order to safely make it through the day.

The staff of 653 is specially trained to care for residents who require more intensive medical attention. 653 has nurses on call 24/7, as well as access to outside physicians who can provide residents with podiatry, auditory, and dental services.

655 is dedicated to Elderly Care and Memory Care, housing residents with a variety of clinical diagnoses. The residents in this building are elderly, but have needs ranging from those who need just a little help with day-to-day tasks to those that require constant care.

655 has staff members that specialize in working with Alzheimer’s and dementia patients. These conditions often mean that a resident will live in a nursing home, but our nurses provide a level of care and medical attention that allows these residents to live in the less restrictive environment of assisted living.
